Sophia holds a leadership role in CTET. She and her team of learning designers work with core and associate faculty to design and develop courses that promote social constructivist learning, team based learning, and collaborative learning as prescribed by the learning and teaching model of RRU. Her team also designs, develops, and delivers faculty development workshops and sessions. Sophia completed her Doctor of Education (Ed.D) and Master of Distance Education (MDE) at Athabasca University.
